Terms Of Service

I as the artist have a right to refuse an art request if it makes me personally uncomfortable or i feel like I cannot complete it to the buyers standard.
Art is a luxury, not a need. If you do not like my prices I suggest finding another artist who will accommodate to your needs.YOU HAVE A 2 WEEK TIME LIMIT TO SEND PAYMENT OR YOUR POSISTION IS TERMINATED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Highest bidder = priority

If you are added to my waitlist, the commission with the highest rate will be started first.I will prioritize USD commissions first!

  • Exclusively backgrounds

  • Extreme foreshortening

  • Political/hate speech

General Terms

  • All work i deliver will be digitally. I do not offer physical goods.

  • I have the right to post your commission(s) to any social media/portfolio unless stated otherwise by clients, this will include fees.

  • I may deny your commission if I feel that I'm unable to fulfill your request or have it up to your standards.

  • Don't use the commission as NFTs / AI purposes.

  • All work is for PERSONAL/PRIVATE use only unless commercial charge has been included.

  • I have the right as your artist to simplify your oc for my drawing sake!

Refund Process

I have an absolute 0 refund policy if we are past our sketch phase unless I specify complications.
If for any reason I'm unable to start / finish your commission you will receive a full refund if you have paid.

Payment Process

Commissions must be 50% payment upfront; however if you prefer full upfront your commission will be pushed to the front of my list.
Robux commissions are always 100% upfront.
Don't send any payments. I will send the invoice if your commission is accepted.
